Cassidi, a Registered Nurse with six years of bedside experience, is excited to introduce The Skin Elixir, a premier medical aesthetic business. With a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for enhancing natural beauty,

Cassidi combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye. Specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning, she creates personalized treatment plans to achieve natural, youthful results.

Blake Detwiler, RN

Co-Founder

Blake, a Registered Nurse with years of hospital experience, is passionate about medical aesthetics and has certifications in Botox, fillers, dermaplaning, microneedling with PRP, and chemical peels.

With a strong nursing background and specialized training, she delivers exceptional care and natural results through personalized treatment plans.

As co-founder of The Skin Elixir, Blake is committed to offering high-quality, transformative aesthetic services. She combines her expertise to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.

Jonathan Hodor, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Jonathan Hodor is a highly experienced medical professional with over 17 years in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, plus 2+ years in Aesthetics and Regenerative Health.

As the Medical Director of RNR Aesthetics & Potomac Performance in Bethesda, MD, he oversees a team of skilled practitioners and provides a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including fillers, neuromodulators, microneedling, laser therapy, and ultrasound skin tightening.

Dr. Hodor is also involved in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and weight loss therapies, ensuring comprehensive patient care and wellness.

  • The Skin Elixir is within Lakemont Park, near The Casino at Lakemont Park.

    Primary Parking: The large lot near Park Avenue.

    Secondary Parking: First come, first served. Please DO NOT park in reserved parking spots.

  • Once parked, walk toward the village-style buildings to find us. We are on the right next to the casino fountain. If you need assistance, call us at 814-631-6366.

  • At The Skin Elixir, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    • A $100 charge will be applied to the card on file if an appointment is not rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

    • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid this fee.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations will automatically incur the $100 charge as per this agreement.
